From the very first visit to the property by Charlotte it was superb customer service. Everything Charlotte promised was delivered and within a rapid timeframe. Being unsure who to place the property with sale, we listened to her and were convinced by her pledge to sell the property easily. She delivered! Also giving us good advice on solicitors, clearance and preparing the property sale. Nothing was too much trouble but her manner was caring, realistic and very approachable. Throughout the whole sale process Rachel was very attentive and kept us regularly informed of progress. We would have no qualms at recommending this branch of Beresfords to sell a house youthank you to all the branch staff.
