I have always found the lettings team at Upminster very helpful with their advice as well taking the worries of dealing with tenants away from me as a landlord. There were certain repairs and certificates required that were all arranged in time for the tenants to move in and Lauren was very responsive to any of our queries. I would happily recommend using Beresfords services.

Both myself and my Husband have found them to be very professional, yet friendly, informative and very helpful.
