Initially Jordan had difficulty getting my tenant to respond to requests to arrange for a plumber to inspect and quote. Eventually they did, and Jordan provided me with the quote that I was happy with and made the necessary arrangements. The work was all completed in a timely manner with the cost deducted from this months rental income. I was very happy with the service Jordan provided.
