The level of service I experienced with Beresfords has been first . I was kept in the loop of any updates and they were the perfect intermediary between myself and the sellers. Their friendly nature made viewing really enjoyable and credit has to be given to both Richard and Oliver all there assistance and guidance. I was a first time buyer (of sorts) and they really did make a potentially stressful situation a seamless experience. Thanks you all

I moved up to Newcastle and was trying to sell my flat just before the 2024 general election, so it was a tough time to sell.
Richard and Ollie were extremely supportive from the stage of advertisement through to completion. This was especially important as 1) I moved so far away and 2) was inexperienced with the selling process.
Richard went out of his way to take additional photos of my property and both Richard & Ollie were avaliable to discuss options in a genuine, productive way. At one point Richard even offered to collect paperwork on my behalf.

From the start to the finish it was easy to communicate with several staff members.
