Jack was absolutely amazing from the off, Got me booked in within a few hours and took action when he could tell someone was interested I can tell he is a very valuable asset to the company He has a great work ethic as well as an excellent edition like minded individuals who like to take action fast.

What a lovely experience I have had with Beresford - they are a good example of how estate agents should look after potential buyers or sellers. I want to thank all their staff but I especially want to mention Daniel from the Colchester branch who was faultless. Daniel was so helpful , patient and understanding with me whilst wanting to view a property or wanted more information about it. I really felt at ease talking to him. Even though we did not go ahead with the property purchase Daniel was still very kind and gave me the time of day. I will definitely look out properties that are handled by them in the future I need to.

The level of service I experienced with Beresfords has been first . I was kept in the loop of any updates and they were the perfect intermediary between myself and the sellers. I’ve had a really positive experience purchasing a property with Richard.
From the initial viewing, through the offer process and through to exchange the process has been smooth, communication has been timely and he has been active in helping to get things moving between the solicitors when updates weren’t coming through.
From offer to exchange only took 9 weeks, and Richard was instrumental in moving progress along swiftly.
From the outset the he has been proactive and engaged, worlds apart from my previous experience of the purchase process.
Buying a house is stressful, but working with this team has been easy and their professionalism and willingness to help has been reassuring.
I’d recommend working with this team.

Richard and Ollie were extremely supportive from the stage of advertisement through to completion. This was especially important as 1) I moved so far away and 2) was inexperienced with the selling process.
Richard went out of his way to take additional photos of my property and both Richard & Ollie were avaliable to discuss options in a genuine, productive way. At one point Richard even offered to collect paperwork on my behalf.
