About Chris
Chris joined the Hornchurch Branch in 2016, having previously finished his A levels studying sports science. Chris decided to take a gap year before going to university and within that time moved house with his family buying through Balgores in Hornchurch. Chris then decided he would like to give the property indu
stry a try and since joining has become an instant success which in turn has altered his decision to go back to university and instead start a career in the property industry. He has now been working with us for 5 years, achieving the NAEA qualification which adds to his wealth of knowledge within the industry whilst building a successful portfolio of clients. Since starting Chris has progressed from his sales negotiator role to becoming the Assistant Manager at Balgores Upminster.

Throughout the process they were efficient and professional and always friendly and helpful. The team were energetic in getting a buyer and always kept me informed of any developments. Once a buyer had been found, Donna, the sales progressor took over and couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. The sale was not always striaghtforward and I was kept informed and advised when necessary. Without Balgores guidance I am certain the sale would have fallen through.

The team in Upminster - lead by Richard - have been brilliant from start to finish.
Communication is vital - and was excellent throughout the process! We were always kept fully updated without having to chase-up.
Further, everyone in the branch was always aware of the latest situation - there was never a case of being told person "A" was away and only they knew what was happening etc.
The same can be said for Donna in the Hornchurch office - who dealt with everything leading up to exchange and was equally helpful and communicative.

I can’t thank Balgores enough. It’s been a smooth process from start to finish. From the moment of meeting Chris I was impressed with his professionalism and support. He spent a lot of time explaining the process to us which was really helpful and really felt that he went above and beyond. I had a really positive experience with Balgores Upminster to sell my property recently.
My house was marketed at a fair price meaning that it sold very quickly, and not over inflated just to get me to sell with them meaning that it would sit on the market for ages. The process of getting viewers booked in was very easy and all staff that I dealt with were polite and professional. Chris was professional and approachable and felt that I was in safe hands.
The sale progressed as smoothly as it could with the help of Donna who I felt was always one step ahead and had already dealt with any queries before I asked them.
Overall despite being a stressful time I feel that Balgores helped make this a more positive experience for me and cannot fault them.

Extremely happy with our experience with Balgores. My boyfriend and I are first time buyers and we felt completely relaxed knowing Balgores were handling our purchase. Great experience selling our Upminster home through Balgores. After making decision to sell our home, photos and floorplan were done almost immediately. We had viewings (and offers) from proceedable buyers being made before the property actually went on the market. After going 'live' on the market, our house was under offer within 6 days. Great levels of marketing, made it stand out on Rightmove. Communication was efficient with Christopher West and Jessica Smith being our main points of contact - they were always approachable and easily contacted when needed, and most importantly quick to respond.
