I have been renting a flat via Yates Hellier for almost two years now and have found them to be extremely helpful.
From when applying to view the flat with Ross to signing the contracts with Vita, everything was done quickly and efficiently.
We have a flat inspection every quarter with Vita and emailed advance notice, given the opportunity to reschedule to a more appropriate day or approve access for them should we be unable to be at home during the inspection.
During our current stay, there have been a few times where we've needed work carried out, particularly when our bathroom flooded downstairs. The team was able to arrange an emergency plumber to be onsite within the hour and sorted the issue in under 30 minutes ensuring that no severe damage occurred.
Due to the service and dealings, we've had with the entire team at Yates Hellier, should we be in the position to move in the future to a bigger property, I would like to deal with only them.

I have been a private tenant in a property under the management of Yates Hellier since July 2015. I have also been a private rental tenant within Glasgow since arriving in the city in 1999, dealing with numerous Property Management companies, including some who operate nationwide.
Yates Hellier have, without question, been the most professional, diligent and approachable property management company who I have dealt with over those 20 years.
From the initial letting, lease and inventory process, through to arranging inspections and required legislative maintenance, Yates Hellier are completely in control of the process.
I would have zero hesitation in recommending them to any prospective property seller, buyer, landlord or tenant.

I feel Comfortable emailing and reassured that i will always receive a quick and helpful reply.
Maintenance is dealt with quickly and usually on the same or next day as you’re request.

All aspects from the marketing to the ongoing service manage management have been working out great and so much better than my previous experience.

My family moved here from the USA with little understanding of how rentals worked in the UK. Jack worked with us and really helped us get a better understanding of renting in the UK vs. the USA. He was very thorough in our introduction and quickly addressed any issues or concerns we had. He was always professional and very patient with us. Vita was introduced as the property manager once we were settled in and her kind and calm personality is so wonderful to work with. She is still firm in making sure the property was properly taken care of by us to protect the landlord, but she also represented our family's needs as well. In addition, they were very gracious as we attempted to move out of the house when the "beast from the east" hit. We cannot say enough good things about working with Jack and Vita and we have recommended them to our friends. Thank you so much for providing a home for my family during our 2 years in Scotland!
