Having Ryder & Dutton sell our late mother's property reduced a lot of stress. It was difficult to check on the property each week, especially when your parent is not at the end of the visit but Ryder & Dutton taking care of viewings, liaising with solicitors and buyers etc. eased our stress.
R & D's fees may be slightly higher than other estate agents but we feel it was well worth the cost. The cost quoted was the final cost we paid - there were no hidden charges.
Lauren was very helpful and was our main contact and was friendly and professional. Aaron was also involved as well as Connor and all of the staff were very good - we were very pleased with their service and we would use them again.

Our reasons for going with Ryder b& Dutton was purely for the reason they were the estate agency selling the property I was interested in buying.
