It is our first time renting our our property and being landlords. Layco have been amazing. Upon their first visit to our property they sat down and chatted with us, asking us questions about the house and getting to know us. It never felt rushed or that they were just trying to get out business. The whole process of getting the house “Let” (happened within in a day!) was smooth, and easy. We felt it important to go with a small, local company to try and get the level of personal service, and that I can honestly say we get. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Excellent communication throughout the process. Even through covid they ensured customer service was at the forefront making sure you felt safe and was responded to via email and telephone with any updates. Robust systems making it easy to sign forms electronically. When they say they are going to do something they do.
