It is our first time renting our our property and being landlords. Layco have been amazing. Upon their first visit to our property they sat down and chatted with us, asking us questions about the house and getting to know us. It never felt rushed or that they were just trying to get out business. The whole process of getting the house “Let” (happened within in a day!) was smooth, and easy. We felt it important to go with a small, local company to try and get the level of personal service, and that I can honestly say we get. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Excellent communication throughout the process. Even through covid they ensured customer service was at the forefront making sure you felt safe and was responded to via email and telephone with any updates.
Robust systems making it easy to sign forms electronically. When they say they are going to do something they do.

Layco have been really professional and helpful in aiding me to move in to my new flat. They have been the most straight forward estate agents I have used in all the times I have rented. I thoroughly recommend them if you want your move to be as painless as possible .

Layco Properties 24 Parton Road Aylesbury HP20 1NG Your Grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days and investigated thoroughly. In accordance with guidelines set out by The Property Ombudsman we will then send a formal written response with the outcome of the investigation within 15 working days of receipt of the original complaint. In some cases, the investigation may take longer than 15 working days and we will ensure you are fully updated of any extension to the timescale.
