had a shocking time selling my house which took 7 months, our point of contact was Elki terrible service from start to her passing over to Lindsey who was not much better. there was no sight of mortgage from my buyer until 14 weeks into the process which then failed due to changes in the market ... had a shocking time selling my house which took 7 months, our point of contact was Elki terrible service from start to her passing over to Lindsey who was not much better. there was no sight of mortgage from my buyer until 14 weeks into the process which then failed due to changes in the market place. there financial advise put my buyer with the worst mortgage company they could find. sale eventually went through on the last day. only ever had updates about how things were processing when i contacted them not the other way round. also information was passed to the lender that they did not need to know. shocking service would never use ryder & dutton again.

Elki was so friendly, which many agents are, however she really couldn't do enough to help. She helped me try and find the power to the oven, get the hob working, measure the wall and had a look round the property for any issues. She wasn't in a rush and was generally a credit to the ... Extremely happy with the service provided by Ryder and Dutton from start to finish and through out the entire process, in particular Evie who was there to help when in the time of need and provided excellent advice. A big thumbs up to her especially and keep up the excellent work. David with his vast knowledge and experience is a must to speak to if your not quite sure how to get on to the property ladder. A pleasure to speak to meet and speak to Elki who show me round the property and again very professional and friendly at the same time. I would definitely recommend Ryder and Dutton to friends and family!!
