YOPA (South East, Brighton). Stephen Rivers and his team were professional and supportive in the sale of our apartment. We received the estimated price for our property and enjoyed the feeling of complete control we experienced with Yopa. The online dashboard for messages and booking viewings worked really well for us and fitted in with our lifestyle. We would definitely use Yopa again and would not hesitate to recommend them to other sellers and buyers.

Yopa offers very good packages for vendors and buyers, the local agent is excellent and I was extremely pleased with the photos and details. I sold to the first person who viewed my house, before the property was live, as Steve (local agent) had someone in mind. There have been some problems ... Read Full Review

Yopa offers very good packages for vendors and buyers, the local agent is excellent and I was extremely pleased with the photos and details. I sold to the first person who viewed my house, before the property was live, as Steve (local agent) had someone in mind.
There have been some problems with the central operation. When my house became live, it did not show that it was Under Offer. I sent a message and Steve notified central office, but I still had two viewing requests before the website was updated. I was asked to fill in a second Sale Memorandum Form after filling in the first one. Lastly, the system of Sale Notices does not seem to work properly. Two of my near neighbours have been Under Offer for some time, but the boards still say For Sale. One neighbour has resorted to sellotaping a piece of paper with Under Offer written in pen across the board. I decided not to have a board because of these problems.
