I would like to say that from start to finish my experience with TM- St Neots has been stress free and very professional. They accommodated all my needs without any issues and updated me every step of the way from first meeting to final completion day. I have highlighted Gail and Robert above who were excellent in providing the professional package and viewings of my property but I would also stress that all the staff at the branch were fantastic. There is no push tactics to get you to sell or accept offers everything is at your own pace. I cannot highly recommend them more and always find that going with an independent company more rewarding.

We purchased a property through TM in 2017. That went very well. I am buying another property through TM now. The service has been professional and polite. All viewings have been conducted on time and positively. The company clearly looks after its vendors' interests and obtains sensible prices. It is pragmatic but determined in negotiations.

Robert Owen was asked to meet my wife and I at the viewing address. He arrived on time and well prepared. He was very smart, friendly and welcoming and we felt that we were able to take our time and ask him any questions that occurred. He knew as much as it was reasonable to expect about the condition of the residence and where there was doubt he made it his task to find out if at all possible. We asked him to meet us again the following day when our daughter and son-in-law would be there to view the property. He was very keen for this to happen and we agreed a time which he then confirmed by email. We were very happy with his service and thoroughly recommend him to all!
