I would like to say that from start to finish my experience with TM- St Neots has been stress free and very professional. They accommodated all my needs without any issues and updated me every step of the way from first meeting to final completion day. I have highlighted Gail and Robert above who were excellent in providing the professional package and viewings of my property but I would also stress that all the staff at the branch were fantastic. There is no push tactics to get you to sell or accept offers everything is at your own pace. I cannot highly recommend them more and always find that going with an independent company more rewarding.

I found the fee\'s very competitive with other estate agents and an option of fixed price which may suit some people better.

We recently moved in to our rented property where we soon found out how unstable our Decking was in our garden. We contacted Carolyn Amundson regarding the issue. After selling our house overseas ( during lockdown ) and being let down at the last minute by a seller, we found ourselves in a difficult situation where we needed to find a home quickly and be able to move in within a matter of weeks. Due to covid 19, all we had at our disposal was the internet. After looking through properties online, we came across a possible option. After explaining our situation to Sam, he did everything he could to help us. My sister viewed the property for us and showed us it via video and Sam did everything he could, regarding liasing with the sellers etc., to ensure a quick and speedy sale. Everything was done professionally, courteously and because of his help, we managed to get into the property in record time. Thank You Sam - You really did an outstanding job and got us out of a really sticky situation.

I feel what really sets this agency apart from the rest is their person centred approach to the service they offer. Everyone of the team I've delt with has understood the importance of this sale to me and has definitely supported me in making the right choices.
