Having had an ongoing problem with information and communication after taking ownership of my apartment, I was beginning to experience some real buyers remorse. Eve got involved a week ago and within 3 days everything that had been frustrating me for 2 months was resolved within a few days - a victory for common sense and communication

Firstly, and this is no exaggeration, X1 lettings has basically Eve to thank for me not walking away and pursuing another agency due to initial problems I experienced,
But not only did Eve turn it around for me she excelled, she took ownership from the start, told me exactly what she would do next to help and MOST OF ALL she stuck to her word,
