We arrived in the UK from Hong Kong for 5 days with a list of prospective agents to meet and rental properties to see in an around Windsor. From the outset Melissa's focus was on our needs and those of our young children. it was reassuring to feel that she was acting on our behalf just as much as she was looking after the landlords interests - a difficult balance to achieve, but one that made our decision easier. This helped us create a shortlist of properties and by day 3 we had come to a decision. Mellissa handled our follow-up viewing brilliantly and negotiated terms with the landlord quickly and professionally. Could not have wished for a better experience.

I'd been struggling to find somewhere that really met my needs, with other agencies I felt like it almost didn't matter what I asked for I was shown whatever they wanted to get rid of.
Working with Melissa was a breath of fresh air, really accomodating, friendly, helpful and managed to find properties that were exactly what I needed. Within a week or so she'd found the perfect place for me, offered on it and I'm looking forward to moving in.
If Melissa represents the rest of the agency then they are definitely worth your time.

To say these guys are great is understatement as they went beyond thier duty to help me out to get my property ready for my remortgage. They worked hard to get documents ready with a minute notice, they worked hard with my tenant and Always were there to advise. I would highly recommend ... Read Full Review

To say these guys are great is understatement as they went beyond thier duty to help me out to get my property ready for my remortgage.
They worked hard to get documents ready with a minute notice, they worked hard with my tenant and Always were there to advise.
