I have worked for FHP for four years, ranging from working in the professional department at the Oxford Street office, manning reception at Oxford Street, doing auditing work across all the offices, applying for the Selective Licenses for our ‘let’ properties and being responsible for Money Laundering.
I now work full time for the student section of FHP as a Property Administrator. It is a varied role where I liaise with the property consultants, Landlords, reply to emails, progress applications for student lets, including the referencing process and any other work that requires completing. It is a busy role but one I enjoy as the day passes very quickly.
