I am relieved to have both my properties now with a professional, caring , proactive agency that is Cox and Co . Not all agents are the same, I know from experience .
Cox and Co work as a team from the property manager, to accounts to maintenance . I know that they have both the tenants’ and land lords’ best interests at heart . There is good communication and I am secure in the knowledge that both properties are well maintained and safe for the tenants as is required by law. This is rewarding , gives peace of mind and as it should be. Mike Erskine is the manager for my properties, he is excellent in all areas of management and a pleasure to deal with .

I have used the services of Cox &Co for approx six years now and I have been very pleased to receive excellent service from them.
They give me frequent updates on the property for which they act as agents. They ensure the most suitable tenant is chosen for the property and they further ensure that I am informed of any issues that may occur with my property. By doing this they ensure that the tenant also receives a very good service. If an issue occurs , I am immediately notified and my permission sought so that it can be resolved.
The members of staff are, in my experience, hrpful, approachable and very professional.
This combination ensures that the tenant snd the property owner both achieve an excellent service.

I definitely would not reccommend this agent if you are trying to let out your property as they will drive your tenants out.
