Our house had previously sold in autumn '24, but in early Jan '25 the chain collapsed, and we stood to lose the reservation we had made on a beautiful build.
The developer gave us a short grace period to find a buyer before ours returned to market. We were in a race to get ours sold again, before someone bought our forever home.
Our previous agent had been dreadful, but having heard good things about Mark Anthony, they were my first call.
Matt was round the next day and was incredible. Understanding our situation and the time pressures we were under, he had photos taken, paperwork completed and we were back on rightmove in a couple of days.
Our house sold again within 24 hours, full asking price. We got to move in to our dream home.
Georgia was our main point of communication throughout and she was fantastic. We were kept informed every step of the way and were given constant updates regarding our sales progression.
We are very grateful to the whole team at Mark Anthony. We highly recommend Matt, Georgia and the rest of the Stockton Heath team.

I cant praise the staff enough! Georgia was fabulous - so was so easy to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. Matt cleared his diary to take me to the viewing and liaised with the vendors.

This is our second time working with Georgia at MA, the first was the purchase of our first home and the second is buying our next long term home. She has been fantastic throughout on both occasions and has made our experience of what could be quite a stressful situation feel like a simple task.
