This review is a continuation of the one I did on Trust Pilot.
I have tried to get answers from them via email asking some specific questions but I don't get answers to them.
So heres a continued report..
The news as of 3 days ago is that the buyer doesn't even have an offer from a lender yet.
After 9 months of back and forth with this company this is what's up?
I thought you were the fast sales specialist?
Their after sales team take a long time to respond to emails and even when they do they don't answer specific questions that are legitimate to the situation.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The Springbok properties team has been brilliant with their process, I would want to thank Anna Kruk Senior Sales Progressor who was very helpful in coordinating the matter. First part went well then it was handed over to the progressor Mat and it all went down hill. He did not communicate between the 3 parties being the seller, buyer and solicitors.
This meant the sale taking 2 months longer than needed! Mat would not pick up the phone and if you left him a message he would not get back to you anyway. Basically the progressor did not progress! He was more like a second hand car salesman that told you whatever he thought you wanted to hear and would say he was going to chase thing up but never did! This made the sale very stressful as we had to pay two mortgages for a longer time due to Mat not doing his job! And in the end not even an acknowledgement on how bad he handled this sale never mind an apology.
