Sears service has been exceptional and I cannot thank them enough, I was fortunate to be assigned Lydia on the sale of my flat. Sears are not like other estate agents and take your service very seriously, communicate effectively and get results. They sold my flat in an exceptionally quick time, and have supported me all the way. My case is now in the hands of Gabriella who I have no doubt will also do a fantastic job, so far Gabriella has been amazing and I am so glad I found a company like Sears.

The decision to appoint an estate agent is rarely straightforward, but Sears made the decision much easier than we had anticipated. They outmatched their competitors without even breaking a sweat. Sears' professionalism, friendliness and dedication has been evident from the very beginning.
Massive shout-out to Lydia, who has been a fantastic representative for the company since her valuation visit, all the way through marketing our property to personally arranging and attending viewings. Her work ethic is highly impressive, and she always conducts herself in a personable yet professional manner. She makes it seem effortless and she is an asset to any Estate Agency, but Sears should be thrilled to have someone of Lydia's talents onboard.
And we could not forget Lydia's counterpart - Ryan - who also exemplifies efficiency and a strong desire to engage with his clients. Ryan demonstrated his eagerness to connect with our property early on, and used his experience and knowledge to maximise the potential for the sale of our property.
Needless to say, with this dynamic duo at the helm, Sears successfully secured a sale for us within 2 weeks of the property going to market. Incredibly efficient, dedicated and personalised service - this is exactly what we wanted and they made it come true.

Our experience with Sears Wokingham has been brilliant, they really aren't your typical estate agent, every single person we have dealt with has been so helpful and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. We are now about to complete on our first home, as first time buyers the whole process is a bit overwhelming but thankfully Sears also have transaction support and we were allocated Gabriella. She has been absolutely amazing. She has kept us in the loop the whole way through and chased the solicitors as and when needed. We were so grateful to have her support and she really must be one of the most efficient people I have ever dealt with! You really have nothing to worry about if Gabriella is involved in your transaction, she is so on the ball, super efficient and really really helpful. She took the time to ensure we knew exactly what was happening and why throughout the whole process, which is really reassuring when you are going through something like this for the first time. From the start with Lydia to finish with Gabriella whited we have just had the most superb experience with Sears Wokingham and I really really cannot recommend them enough!

From the first appt with Tim and Lydia we have been so impressed by the service we had from these agents. Kept us well informed on viewings and Lydia did a great job she knew what was shown in the particulars so that she could pass the info to prospective purchasers. Once buyer found we were passed to Gabriella, transaction support and wow she was fantastic kept on chasing and kept us informed every step of the way and we completed in 2 months! Cannot recommend them highly enough !!

Right from the get go Lydia was brilliant and really helpful. In fact one of the properties she suggested is the one I have just had an offer accepted on.
Lydia ensured I had all of the information I needed about each property I viewed and was at the end of the phone for any questions I had. When viewings had to be moved she was great about working around my changeable work schedule while ensuring I could view the property within a week of my initial enquiry. I found her really upbeat and positive throughout the viewing process and very supportive without being pushy as I made my decision and an offer.
