Experience in general was good I dropped the 1 star as the for sale board broke the fence panel repair was refused by the board supplier/installation company. Means I have to replace the fence due to their negligence! I wouldn’t stop me using the agent in the ... Read Full Review

It had been a long time since I had been involved with a property sale but the staff at Oulsnams made the process extremely easy. They quickly and efficiently organised viewing and offers and had excellent contacts for specialist reports. Amazing estate agents!!
I signed up with a few estate agents within our house search area and the first interaction we had with Oulsnam was superior to the other estate agents I'd signed up with... I was contacted via text to say that they had a new instruction, a notification which was quite soon in the sales process but allowed me to call, ask for more details and arrange a viewing VERY quickly.
Once we'd seen the property we fell in love with, Oulsnam presented our offer quickly and professionally. A great start!
Once we'd had the good news that our offer had been accepted, Angela became our primary point of contact who impressed us with her proactiveness, patience and hard work which reduced our stress levels and made the whole process more manageable and enjoyable.
Honestly impressed, the team are all great and we're thankful to all of them. - I'm sure we will be using Oulsnam for the sale of our new house when the time comes!
