What an excellent experience I had today . Firstly on the telephone with Shirley who pulled out all the stops to arrange a viewing for me at a minutes notice. What an excellent experience I had today . Firstly on the telephone with Shirley who pulled out all the stops to arrange a viewing for me at a minutes notice. She was so helpful and able to answer all questions I had, as I have never been through a cash sale process before . On meeting John at the property, he walked through the property with me . Answering queries and giving advice which was I fully appreciated. First class service . Very friendly and professional.
