We would like to thank the Cross Gates staff for their excellent service during the sale of our flat. During the process we encountered a couple of hiccups but the staff worked with the necessary stakeholders and were great at responding and resolving them swiftly for us. We could not have wished for a better team working on our sale. Thank you Helen for your excellent valuation and to David and Natalie for your help in negotiating both the price and what could have been a protracted process. We would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in using Emsleys again in the future.

We have just bought our house through Emsleys, and although not our estate agents, they couldn't have been more helpful! Natalie was fab when we put our offer in and, once accepted, David was always on hand whatever our query; whether asking for additional info about our property from the owners, or chasing solicitors. He was brilliant. We also got a lovely tote full of first day essentials when we collected our keys- the little things go a long way!
