During the process we encountered a couple of hiccups but the staff worked with the necessary stakeholders and were great at responding and resolving them swiftly for us. We could not have wished for a better team working on our sale. Thank you Helen for your excellent valuation and to David and Natalie for your help in negotiating both the price and what could have been a protracted process. We would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in using Emsleys again in the future.

Will never use them after my experience, I wasted around 4 months trying to purchase a property, im out of pocket by 1100 pound after paying for mortgage fees, search's and the home buyers report and lost out on other properties due to being committed to the one I was buying through emsleys, they decided to sell the property to someone else as they clearly just want to get paid, I had some concerns as there was a few 15mm cracks and I wanted to get a structural survey, emsleys refused and are selling the property to someone else, they are not bothered if you have concerns about anything, they just want their fee from the vendor when the sales go through, big lesson learnt for me, staff are also rude

Cheryl who was my contact throughout the process was brilliant and very calming when it got quite stressful, without her the process would have been hard. She was always at the end of the phone when needed and sorted everything out. Cant recommend this agency enough!
