From valuation to completion we received nothing but excellent service every step of the way.
The communication between ourselves and the agents was great and whenever I contacted them, everyone I spoke to was friendly, polite and helpful. I never had to wait long for a call back if I needed one and I always felt like a valued client rather than a prospective commission. I would definitely recommend Paul Carrs Streetly branch to everyone and would certainly use them in the future. Daniel's evaluation showed his excellent local property market knowledge, Lisa's warm engaging personality was an asset to both vendor and prospective buyers being shown around the property and Steve did a great job chasing up solicitors etc towards the end of the sale. Thank you all so much.

Paul Carr is a great estates agent.They listen understand and care, drive to deliver for there customers old and new, can’t say enough positive things about them. They was to sell as this is part of what they do but the way they do it is second to none! Every-time I have called it like a being new customer all over again. I have had some rude customer service for other estate agents and did not get a house with them! Paul carr is simply the best ! world class customer service. This is why I have used them again . James and the team in streetly are great as that’s where we got our forever home but all the other branch’s was just as good! Thanks Paul Carr and the team in streetly!

Most of the staff in the branch are local to the area, and have very detailed knowledge of the history and residents of the area. When carrying out the initial assessment for sale of the property, they were aware of current prices and likely purchase price which would sell without difficulty.
From day one, I found the staff to be most helpful and friendly, and I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis.
From my initial enquiry to completion of the sale took only 19 weeks.
I would strongly recommend Paul Carr, Streetly branch to anyone.
