Brilliant service from Kelly from start to finish during our house sale. Kelly was extremely professional from the initial meeting and throughout the whole process. Excellent communication, always returned our calls quickly regardless of the day or hour, even when she was on holiday. Excellent marketing material, significantly better than many others. Kelly was very involved and really helped us particularly since we were not living in the property and were not able to be there easily. We had an incredibly personalised service and cannot recommend her highly enough. What was a rather stressful process was definitely made easier by her professionalism and work ethic. During difficult parts of the process she demonstrated great integrity. We really appreciate the hours and hours of effort she put in for us. Thank you so much Kelly!

Yesterday, I went to view a property which is being managed by Fine & Country real estate agent. Searching for a property can be very stressful, and having an estate agent who is good at his/her job can have a positive effect on the client . You need an agent who should be able to guide you through the process with professionalism. That's the experience I had with Kelly Oakley from the day I had a phone conversation with her to book for viewing and when I met her yesterday. She has the right attitude, she is warm and seems very committed and passionate in her job. She is also very organised and have a lovely smile. I really trust her and will recommend her to others.

Kelly’s communication throughout the process was incredibly efficient and she skilfully managed to ensure all parties where kept fully briefed throughout.
Due to Kelly’s exemplary listening and communication throughout, it ensured our sale and moving process was smooth and any usual anxieties associated with moving, were eradicated. Kelly’s determination to find our ‘something different’ and to secure a prompt sale was unwavering and whenever our hope faltered, Kelly’s positivity kept us searching in earnest.
Once we had sold our home, Kelly effectively managed the other stakeholders and ensured the Solicitors acted swiftly. As a result of Kelly’s quality of service, we highly recommend anyone wanting to move, contacts Kelly!

Highly recommend Kelly Oakley and the team at Fine&Country.
Very communicative, speedy with responses - even outside of '9-5' hours.
Kelly really helped the purchase of this property go through at great pace.
Having dealt with several other brands of estate agents, I can honestly say Kelly has been by far the nicest and most helpful estate agent we dealt with.
Friendly, dispelled jargon, and honest, but demanding enough when actions needed to benefit the process.
