Lime properties, and Beki in particular,
were recommended by a friend of a friend. Because of my present circumstances it has proven difficult to secure a tenancy. Beki is understanding and empathetic. She is open and honest with clients regarding such matters as suitability of properties. Most agents would not disclose if they felt a property would not be suitable. This honest approach is extremely reassuring and instills a high level of confidence in the staff and company as a whole.
All the staff I have dealt with are polite, professional and courteous. They are extremely efficient and maintain communication throughout the process.
The actual application process is simple, clear and straightforward. The process used by the referencing agency is similarly user friendly, efficient and super quick. The turnaround time from application to confirmation of acceptance for tenancy was the quickest I’ve ever experienced!
I would like to thank all staff, but Beki and Lauren in particular, for their time, patience and understanding.

When we moved in unfortunately didn't have a thermostat for the boiler. We called straight away and Charlotte got 1 of the team out to us within an hour. Recieved a follow up phone call also to see if the issue had been resolved. Would definelty recommend this letting company. 5 stars from us

So we used this company to rent our home. It was very quick from start to finish, we were kept upto date about everything. We were never in the dark about what was happening. Lauren looked after us, and she has been very calm, responsive, professional and friendly the whole way through! I suffer with anxiety and was constantly worrying and calling about things and she kept me sane and calm and ensured me everything will be fine and it will be worth the wait, and it was. We applied on 8th January and moved in on 30th January and we are absolutely over the moon. Even the kids are super excited! Thank you so much lime. X
