Having worked in estate agency since 2016, Fay has a wealth of specialist knowledge in the Warrington property market along with all aspects of the industry. Fay joined Mark Antony Estates for greater experience with a local, well-respected family-run business, and to allow her to specialise more on her passion -
proactively marketing and selling beautiful homes. In her spare time, Fay loves family time and, cooking! Especially creating delicious traditional Italian dishes. With a passion for Italian cuisine and culture, Fay takes every opportunity to travel there whenever she can. Fay loves much of Italy, but if pressed for her favorite region, she’d say the Amalfi Coast.

This is our second time working with Georgia at MA, the first was the purchase of our first home and the second is buying our next long term home. She has been fantastic throughout on both occasions and has made our experience of what could be quite a stressful situation feel like a simple task. Fantastic service.
Our sale and onward purchase was both through Mark Antony Estates. The whole team was amazing. Georgia was appointed to our sale and she was proactive at promoting my home and keeping us updated on feedback from visits.
The officer appointed to the purchase property kept in regular contact and was always available if we needed to link in.
Once the sale and purchase was agreed, we were appointed a progression officer Helen. She was fantastic. Always available to speak to and chase up any outstanding queries and offer reassurance on the process.
I would highly recommend the Estate agents.

We were both really impressed with the professionalism of Mark Antony from start to finish. Helen Holland was excellent in valuing our sale house and clearly had years of experience.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the practice of directing buyers who had an interest in our house, to other houses for sale within the Mark Antony portfolio. Whilst we totally understand why this happens, we felt that this put us in competition with other sellers and could potentially reduce our chances of securing a buyer.
The purchase and sale of our houses was thwarted by our solicitors, Taylor Rose, from whom we received an absolutely diabolical service. If it had not been for Helen Fagen I think we would still be waiting. Nothing was too much trouble for Helen and she did exactly what she said she would do, keeping us abreast of all developments. She was tireless in her efforts to work on our behalf and we are very grateful to her for expediting both sale and purchase transactions.
Fay was also brilliant and we felt were able to trust that we were in good hands all along the way.
We would definitely recommend Mark Antony to other people based on the excellent, smooth and professional service we received.
