We bought our first home through Bath Stone Property. Sam, Fiona, and team walked us through the process and made sure we knew everything we needed to know going into our first purchase. They were very professional throughout and had great communication. This was really important to us as we were at time worried that we were asking 'too many stupid questions' but the team reassured us along the way and very clearly explained all the steps. My house is an unusual but rather lovely place but was difficult to sell for some reason. Bath Stone impressed me when I was interviewing potentials to move the sale to. In around a month or so two very interested parties were having second viewings and it sold to one of those. This was at a time when the government was shocking and disturbing the market. Sam was the agent involved. Fiona then held the while chain together, got us through the chain breaking down after 4 months. It was a joy to deal with them. The whole process was very professionally handled.
