A really quick and seamless process for my first time selling a property. I had an offer within a couple of months with Christmas in the middle which was great and the team also helped liaise with my tenant who was in the property at the time. Communication is my biggest thing and I was provided with regular updates even when there was nothing to update and the team also helped chase solicitors too.

The decision to appoint an estate agent is rarely straightforward, but Sears made the decision much easier than we had anticipated. They outmatched their competitors without even breaking a sweat. Sears' professionalism, friendliness and dedication has been evident from the very beginning.
Massive shout-out to Lydia, who has been a fantastic representative for the company since her valuation visit, all the way through marketing our property to personally arranging and attending viewings. Her work ethic is highly impressive, and she always conducts herself in a personable yet professional manner. She makes it seem effortless and she is an asset to any Estate Agency, but Sears should be thrilled to have someone of Lydia's talents onboard.
And we could not forget Lydia's counterpart - Ryan - who also exemplifies efficiency and a strong desire to engage with his clients. Ryan demonstrated his eagerness to connect with our property early on, and used his experience and knowledge to maximise the potential for the sale of our property.
Needless to say, with this dynamic duo at the helm, Sears successfully secured a sale for us within 2 weeks of the property going to market. Incredibly efficient, dedicated and personalised service - this is exactly what we wanted and they made it come true.
