Southside have been the best agency we have used, on 15 years of letting our property. Thorough vetting of applicants has meant that we have good tenants, and tenants have commented very favourably on the service too. Rental statements are clear and on time. Southside have been the best agency we have used, on 15 years of letting our property. Thorough vetting of applicants has meant that we have good tenants, and tenants have commented very favourably on the service too. Rental statements are clear and on time. When we have needed advice it has been well informed and up to date. The firms retained for maintenance have been reliable and available at short notice when needed.
