I had great experience with Martin and Co Aberdeen recently. I wanna thank you to Natalie Grassick who is the portfolio manager my property. She is very helpful, working efficiently, quick action in dealing with any issues. I also wanna thank you to Ashley Rodrigues stepping in and help whilst Natalie was on holiday. Very good team work.

The washing machine within the rental property suddenly broke one day and caused a water leakage within the property, it was a Sunday and Natalie responded as soon as she could on the following working day, after some initial confusion on the severity of the situation, a repairman was sent out ... The washing machine within the rental property suddenly broke one day and caused a water leakage within the property, it was a Sunday and Natalie responded as soon as she could on the following working day, after some initial confusion on the severity of the situation, a repairman was sent out swiftly upon identification of the leak and the problem was resolved within hours.

A special mention to Maxine, the Manager at the Aberdeen office, her friendly approach that put me at ease and gave me confidence that I made the right choice. She has a wealth of experience, meaning she is totally unphased by any aspect of property letting.
Also to Natalie, who is the Property Manager of my property. Truly exemplary. Very efficient, very professional and keeps me updated with all aspects of the property and any scheduled or unschduled maintenance. I have never been left in the dark as to the progress or results. Could not ask a better Property Manager!
