I have dealt with Stephen more than I would like recently due to an unfortunate accident affecting my rental property. Just wanted to pass on an amazing 5* star review for Kelly Kennedy who is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and a brilliant real estate agent! Kelly was extremely helpful, kind, attentive and knowledgeable in securing new tenants for my rental property. She was able to take complete ownership and manage the whole process of sourcing, vetting, organising, emailing and finally onboarding tenants in an excellent and efficient manner. This was particularly helpful for me since I live and work overseas and was unable to participate in the process or assist in any way due to travel commitments and the time difference. In addition, Kelly was extremely proactive in calling me as and when required to finalise the arrangements efficiently and ensure all bases had been covered. Kelly is extremely friendly and easy going and is great to get along with, thoroughly recommend ?

Kelly Kennedy was very polite, professional and proactive in helping me find a property in a pinch. I explained my situation and how the previous letting agents were very pushy and wanted the full deposit immediately after viewing. Kelly explained that I only needed to pay an initial holding fee of £100, so this helped put my mind at ease I focussed getting the ball rolling to move in. I would recommend Martin and Co to anyone.
