I am pleased to give a review of Ms Melissa Cannons, Property Manager at Warren Powell-Richards Lettings Agency.
Melissa is an efficient and effective facilitator for communicating with contractors, arranging work jobs, tenancy visits/inventories, and offering solutions to landlord property problems. I find her to be professional and cheerful, follows through on arrangements and is good at keeping everyone informed.
I appreciate the support Melissa has given me during the recent possession procedures I have had to instigate, and am glad to acknowledge that her strong performance, and that of the Maintenance Team, has been of great help.

Great Service and Great Staff I have found the staff at WPR to be unfailingly helpful in managing tenants, contractors and our own expectations as landlords. I have used the services of a number of letting agents over the years but the service I have received from WPR is by far and away the best. In this review I want to specifically mention Melissa in the maintenance department who has been incredibly helpful and proactive over the last few months during which time my property has required a significant amount of upgrades and maintenance. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Melissa and she is always upbeat, friendly and knowledgable in all her interactions with my wife and I.
