I felt taken care of with Pilkington Estates. The Team were confident, and reassured me that they would find the right buyer me, quickly - and they did! The agency is local to me, and I could see from the very beginning when I walked in that they work extremely hard, and are willing to fight the competition by going above and beyond . I liked that a lot. Teona handled my sale with patience and diplomacy (my chain was not at all easy!) and she kept me in the loop. Matt and Mya were also excellent, and the customer service I received on the whole was fantastic. A great Team who care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone. THANK YOU!!

Professional and honest, I felt like this was so much easier to deal with because they cared about my custom, and I wasn't just a number to them. Pilkington said they believe communication is key, and they were true to their word. I always knew what was happening. I also saw how hard the team work for myself when I visited the office.
