About Helen
Helen has over 24 years of experience in all aspects of estate agency, working in both England and Spain. She has a lifelong passion for property and particularly loves meeting homeowners to discuss their plans and also handing keys to excited buyers upon completion day.
Helen was keen to join Mark Antony because
of its wonderful reputation and family atmosphere. She also felt that their philosophy of providing excellent customer service matched her own.
Outside of work, Helen loves sport, especially F1 and football. She enjoys golf, yoga, spending time with her family and taking long walks with her Norfolk Terrier dog Elsie. She also enjoys travelling and reading.

I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Mark Antony to sell my house. The valuation carried out by Helen Holland was very thorough and arrived at a realistic price. She was very friendly and informative. Steph Croft then took over as the Sales negotiator and she was very helpful and friendly every time I spoke to her. She kept me well informed of potential viewings and the feedback given. Jess Kirk also booked in some viewings and was very efficient in obtaining feedback. My house is now SSTC and I am being guided through the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Antony as a first class estate agent.

Every member of staff I've spoken to is polite, professional & does what they say they will & in good time. Communication is excellent through every process of sales or purchasing. Nothing ever seems a problem for them & they make you feel secure in their knowledge & experience.
Having dealt with the majority of other estate agents in the Warrington area over the last few years of buying & selling I would not be able to say the same about the rest. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mark Antony again as they are head & shoulders above the rest.

Excellent Service - Helen was very friendly & informative when she came to value our property, talking us through the process & giving guidance. She was personable which is why we didn't hesitate in deciding to appoint Mark Antony. From the initial appraisal to the house going on the market it took a week. Georgia was looking after the sale of our property & kept in regular contact via phone & email. The service has been excellent throughout. Our house had an offer in less than 24 hours of being on the market!!! I would definitely recommend selling through Mark Antony :)

First of all, outstanding service!
The sale of my property fell through when the buyer pulled out 2 days before exchange, I quickly contacted Mark Anthony where I spoke with Helen, who valued the property and gave me an honest valuation. I then dealt with Jodie, who organised the brochure for listing within a day! The house was placed on the market in accordance with the professional valuation, 18+ viewings booked within days and the house was sold STC in 3 days, above the asking price and valuation!
Impeccable service from everybody throughout Mark Anthony and I would strongly recommend!
