Extremely positive experience.
We had a great experience from the very first time we met our agent from BSK during our future place viewing. Ms Claire was friendly and informative, guiding us through the process carefully and giving us all the information we needed to make a throughtfull decision.
Great customer service continued once we applied and finally rented the place. So far we have great support and no problematic communication from SBK agents - which makes the whole experience nothing but a positive and problem-free experience.

Katie has provided excellent service during my time as a tenant in Kenilworth. Every time I speak with her, she has ensured that a solution to any issue swiftly follows. I rent a relatively old property with a number of its own quirks, which Katie has responded to with understanding and patience. She has been attentive, compassionate and reliable every time a maintenance issue has arisen and I feel in such good hands with Sheldon Bosley Knight as a result.
