I bought my 1 bedroom flat in Stoke Newington from Location Location in October 2015.
Azhar could not help me enough! I revisited the flat after putting in the offer 3 times so that I could take measurements for furniture, all of which which outside Azhar's official hours of work.
After dealing with a number of other estate agents during the 6 month search, it was a breath of fresh air meeting the Location Location team. I really can't thank them enough for going above and beyond their duties to help me as a first time buyer.

Unfortunately the buyer pulled out just before exchange. Tim, Azhar, Peter and the others put on a massive effort to re-market the property. Within 2 weeks I had more good offers to consider.
Lauretta was brilliant as the sale progressed. She was dealing with 6 different solicitors and 4 other estate agents to tie up all the exchanges in the chain.

I used location location as both a lettings agent when I moved abroad temporarily and then as a sales agent when I eventually sold the property earlier this month.
The tenants they found for me were first rate and as I used their management service, the process was painless and stress free.
Vicky Bibiris, Peter May and Peter Athaniousu were all very professional, and I recommend them highly. The sales transaction proceeded very smoothly from my perspective and the end result matched the expectation they had estimated, in terms of both the financial result and timing estimate in relation to the sales transaction.

From the very first viewing of our property, we got a great vibe from the Location Location team.
Having been along to many 'open house' viewings before, we were quickly becoming used to viewing flats filled with too many people, where you didn't even get a chance to have a proper look and estate agents were just trying to drive the prices up by scaring buyers and encouraging bidding wars.
Our first viewing (hosted by Vicky) was a scheduled appointment where we had 20 minutes to ourselves to really look around the property. We were really impressed by Vicky's approach and it seemed as though she really wanted to do the best she could for us and the vendors.
Once our offer was accepted, Azhar was our day to day contact, managing the sale through to exchange and completion. For a number of reasons (none the fault of Location, Location), the process took over six months but Azhar always did everything he could to support us and move things forward. The whole flat-buying process is very stressful but Azhar took our daily calls and occasional emotional moments in his stride.
It's been a pleasure to work with Location, Location and when we eventually come to sell our lovely home, we'll be sure to use them again!

I'm a first time buyer and ended up in a bidding war so found the whole process quite nerve-racking. Both Raphael and Vicky were instrumental in making the purchase as quick and stress-free as possible.
I was impressed by Location Location on the whole for it's friendly neighbourhood feel.

Vicky sold our flat in the first weekend of viewings, and achieved an impressive price too.

Location Location did an excellent job of selling our properly for us.
Vicky valued our property and we managed to achieve asking price. The whole selling process was very thought out and we had the flat on the market and the team arranged lots of viewings all with minimum fuss to us.
All members of staff were very helpful with all aspects of the sale really - whoever answered the phone could help with whatever question I had. Peter even came round to let me in when I locked myself out!
I spoke to Valentina quite a lot as she dealt with all the details once the offer had been agreed. She was very good at liaising with us, the buyer and our solicitors. She was very efficient & understanding and helped sort out some final details when the sale was starting to drag enabling us to exchange and complete on the days we wanted.
Thanks to everyone at Location Location I would definitely recommend them, in fact I already have!

From the initial telephone contact on, the staff at Location Location couldn't have been more positive, keen and supportive. I dont live locally so Azhar and Vicky arranged everything that was needed to get my flat on the market. Everything moved quickly and smoothly and they took great care to liase with my tenant to minimise any inconvenience to her with regard to viewings etc. In order to establish the correct value of my property,an open day was held to canvas the response of prospective buyers and test the market,which proved an excellent way of deciding the best price. This contrasted hugely with the response of a rival agent who valued the property at least £40 to £50k less and whose manner was neither empathetic nor enthusiastic. A buyer was found and a great price agreed,all within a month. I then received weekly updates about the progress of the sale until completion. Im very glad we chose them.

I have just completed on the sale of my home and I could not be happier with the results. Out of ALL of the agents I met with at the start of the process, Vicky was by far the most enthusiastic and innovative of the bunch. She was the last agent I invited to value my home and boy did she impress us! Initially we were captivated by her Pre Market Launch idea and, despite being some what apprehensive, decided to go ahead as we had nothing to lose. She said from the start that she did not tie clients into a contract. We achieved 3 offers on the day and after a week on the open market - we had 7 interested buyers!! Needless to say we accepted an offer over the asking price. The sale went through so smoothly we were slightly concerned - something has got to go wrong? but it didn't. The team of sales progressors were fantastic - and Azhar was an absolute star. Very very happy! Job well done guys. Hope you liked the champers, well deserved! D x

My only criticism was we sometimes found ourselves chasing for feedback following viewings and communication we not as good as we expected.
However, they achieved a higher asking price than other agents suggested we could reach. The after sales was handled brilliantly with excellent communication and we felt they had our best interests at heart.
I'd recommend Location Location.

The most appalling service that I have ever come across. Staff were clueless, unprofessional and constantly sugar coated a crap deal. The initial information given to the valuer (Vicky) were not communicated appropriately with the sales (Marcelle) who managed to pass false information onto the buyer. They failed to notice that no EPC was done on our flat even though it's a legal requirement to have the certificate within 28 days of it being on the market. It took them 8 weeks to contact us after an offer has been accepted with a confirmation letter of the value - which turned out to be different to the one given on the phone. No contact was made at this point to ask for our solicitor's details or give us any updates. When we started getting worried that a valuation and a solicitor were yet to be commissioned by the buyers at 9 weeks we called to check their progress. They avoided calls when the deal went quite just to turn around and tell us that the buyer doesn't have enough for the deposit. It was not a surprise when the deal fell through after wasting 10 weeks of our time!!

We felt that they got a good idea of what we were after and when our dream flat came up, Azhar and Vicky let us know and worked very hard to ensure that we got it. Marcelle was my day to day contact. Property buying is incredibly stressful. Marcelle understood this and stayed calm, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. She followed up queries, called when she said she was going to call & acted as a diplomatic go-between which was really appreciated. When things got really stressful she even organised appointments for me. She was an angel. We've been in the flat for 6 months and we love it. Thank you.
