I am a tenant and have used Charles Harding for my previous house that I rented. I agree with the above comments. Couple of staffs (presumably the top level manager/owner probably) I dealt with were very rude. Never been helpful. Service was horrible. Unfortunately, we had several problems (water ... I am a tenant and have used Charles Harding for my previous house that I rented. I agree with the above comments. Couple of staffs (presumably the top level manager/owner probably) I dealt with were very rude. Never been helpful. Service was horrible. Unfortunately, we had several problems (water pipe broken , heating not working..) . landlord had to come and sort these issues directly for us. Horrible customer service. As one of the above comments states, they dont treat people equally (atleast I wasn't). I would never go with them and recommend others to stay away from them.
