A week after leaving two messages for the Southville branch, these agents do not have the courtesy to return my call. A week after leaving two messages for the Southville branch, these agents do not have the courtesy to return my call. It is poor judgement on their part (not to mention unprofessional) as, not only am I in a position to rent a property, but also to sell a house! So they have lost business. I shall go to a more attentive team from another agency!

The best team in Southville, South Bristol
I recently sold an apartment from a Victorian conversion that I had developed.
From the moment that I engaged James and Sam to come and give their knowledge, professionalism and advice, all dealings and communication was excellent. The price was discussed and agreed. Orlando and Hannah were great at promoting my sale and showing clients my apartment, sometimes at very short notice. The property was featured on the website, which helped to generate some interest, hence a sale was soon reached. From this point, the after sales team, namely Ollie and Adam were very efficient and wonderful communicators. A very special thanks to Ollie for going the extra mile and mediating very well. I was in safe hands with this wonderful team. I would highly recommend them and will be going back to them in the future. Thanks James and Sam. You and your team are very special.

My husband and I found the service we recieved from CJ Hole to be poor and the agents we dealt with to be unprofessional, poorly informed and, in several cases, rude. For example:
1. During the house-hunting process, compared to other estate agents, the agents from CJ Hole knew little or nothing about the properties they were showing and were unable to answer most questions.
2. Agents were occasionally rude, particularly in discussions around the asking price of houses. This is in contrast to agents from other firms locally who were helpful in discussing reasons for houses asking a particular price.
3. Emails from CJ Hole about properties for sale often had errors and were usually missing key information such as postcodes or links to the properties on their website.
4. When we put in an offer on our house and it was accepted, we were incorrectly informed by more than one CJ Hole agent that there was no chain on this property. We were only informed that this was in fact incorrect 3 weeks after our offer had been accepted, at which point it was too late to pull out. We never received an apology or explanation for this misinformation.
5. Our valuation survey stated that the price we had agreed to pay on the property was too high and we were advised by our mortgage advisor to raise this with the estate agent and see if a compromise could be agreed on the house price. The agent we were dealing with (Sam Gray) refused to discuss this with the sellers and was rude when I (politely) asked him to. Part of his response included saying "I've been working in this area for TWO MONTHS and no-one has EVER asked me to do that before." - I think this says it all about the level of experience and the attitude of CJ Hole employees. This may have cost us several thousand pounds, as we will never know if they buyers might have been willing to negotiate.
In summary, we found the employees at CJ Hole to be unprofessional, incompetent and often rude.
