I spent the past year renting through this agency and had nothing but positive experiences. All staff I interacted with were very helpful and professional. When I had any issues with my rental I was able to reach out to them and quickly resolve any issues/ questions I had. Initially, I had been quite nervous to rent as I was coming from out of the country and was not able to view the property in person before moving in. However, they answered all of my questions and even showed me video walkthroughs of the apartment which really helped make a potentially stressful process so much easier.

I was a tenant for 6 years with Northwood, Leeds. They responded quickly and politely to any requests I had in that time. It was an old flat so things would go wrong from time to time but they always dealt with problems promptly and I never had to chase anything. When it came to moving out too, they were considerate in putting viewings in and around to accommodate me working from home which I really appreciated, and made the moving out procedure smooth and painless. I spoke to Andy most of the time, but everyone in the office was a pleasure to deal with.

I have rented my property through Northwood Leeds for 15 years and their service is absolutely superb. Absolutely the best estate agent I have ever worked with, I have worked with a few estate agents over the years on various properties. I cannot understate how it like night and day dealing with Northwood compared to everyone else.
Over the years we have worked together to resolve some unexpected tenancy issues which no one had ever come across before. This was not a problem for Northwood. Every issue was addressed and resolved to everyone's requirements. When I had a similar issue with another agent on another property they had no idea what to do.
If you want a company that considers your needs as important as your tenant then this company for you.
I have sadly since sold my property but even that was completely painless, the salesperson not only chased the buy and me for updates, they chased the buyer's solicitor and my solictor because there had not been an update sent around for a week. I think the sale process has taken less than six weeks to complete. They went above and beyond to manage the solicitors who are notorious for being slow and not updating buyers and sellers.

Brilliant Team, I must appreciate the speed of keeping you in touch when a repair work will be completed. If there's a delay they will let you know as soon as quickly. The maintenance of the property has been excellent. The quality of work done has always been of high standards. Communication has been very efficient and easy to get in touch via email/phone. I loved their repair service and maintenance site it’s easy to report. The team has been excellent they worked with me to obtain a Mortgage, when the house I was renting came up for sale - they gave me support and were patient with me when things were delaying. My gratitude and appreciation to the team.
