We have just bought through CJ hole Cheltenham and cannot thank both Jenny and Jackie enough. From the moment our offer was accepted they were both helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny, Janice and the team at C J Hole have been letting my property for me for ten years now. I have always been impressed with the quietly efficient delivery of excellent service, from the initial identification of tenants throughout the lifecycle of the term of the let. They are always ready to provide practical advice and services and to recommend tradesmen as necessary from time to time to maintain the property. I have recommended them to many friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

I have a number of properties in Cheltenham and have been working with C J Hole for several years, primarily to find tenants, but also on occasion to fully manage the property. Their attention to detail and customer service is second to none and they unfailingly source good quality tenants within the shortest possible time-scale and thereby always ensuring that any void periods are kept to an absolute minimal. I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending C J Hole's lettings team of Janice, Jenny, Alex and Malcolm to any potential landlord

Your premises are of a high, welcoming standard.
