What would have helped me change my rrating decision... - Perhaps if they even pretended to be on my side and not blatantly telling me they don\'t work for me - things may have been different. - Perhaps if they better inform the landlord of all my complaints and pass on photos i sent on day 1 and several days thereafter (they lied about receiving as the message was in fact delivered). - Perhaps if they were sure of what they told tenants before later deny they ever gave the false information. - Or maybe just not lying about what works are going to be carried out to make a quick deal - when there was never any intention of the work being done. And furthermore lying about what I\'ve supposedly said - so very unprofessional arguing with grown people and business owners about what was said. A disgrace. ... Even then I would still give them the lowest rating and discourage anyone from using their services. The owner of the firm is horrid and their practices very questionable.
