I have used this agent's services for managing my rented flat for almost 5 years. During this time they have made my life hassle free with their committed and professional services both for me and for my tenants. They also provide excellent trade people to fix any problem the tenants might report in the quickest possible time . Pleasant to deal with initially although not the best at keeping us updated regarding progress. Subsequently unreasonable timeframes for paperwork completion. When we expressed concern that the expectation was unfair and unrealistic (people do have other commitments after all, such as work and not everyone has a home office) we were told the landlord had suddenly decided to accepted a different offer. Entirely within their rights, but a very poor experience and I wouldn't used them again. Another company who justify the bad reputation estate agents have. It's just about he money, not about the people. Zero integrity.

We had some bad experiences while renting through Curren and Pinner and couldn't wait to leave. We have been off their books for 44 days so far but no sign of our £4k deposit. When I contact them they just say they are waiting for the landlord to respond.
They either haven't asked him to provide a timely response or are failing to pass his comments to us. Either way they have done nothing to counter my impression that they are inefficient and don't care much about their tenants.

I could not have a worst letting experience.
They never have been helpful during the tenancy but specially at the end of it. You cannot find a professional to talk to that knows the law when you need their input. They were issues with the property and the property management just did no comunicate with the landlord .We were left over a week without heating. There was dump and they did nothing about it. They masked it when letting the property to us. They have not informed the Landlord about the issues and also they have not informed us in time when landlord had a request.
at the end of tenancy we requested to leave early so they come up with fees we need to pay not specified in the contract and they have not told us what the landlord actually asked. They are rude and rasist and as an example now after a month that we vacated the property they are still stooping us from getting out deposit
back even if the landlord said that he will make no deduction and there is no dispute.They do not have a complaints procedure required by law and if you right a formal complaint all they do is to support the same mistake their agent committed. I totally recommend to avoid this scam agency and find someone that are professionals.

I have been really happy with the service provided by Curran and Pinner, Beckenham. Daniel and the team have gone out of their way to assist both me and my tenants and have given sound advice every time to mutual satisfaction of all parties. To pick specifics, they recommended upgrading floor coverings to provide long term value for me and a quality environment for the tenants. They assisted tenants out of hours when heating developed a fault. They provided tradesmen when I needed them and were equally accommodating when I found my own on a few occasions. They have given me lots of advice on property investment without any gain for themselves and are a good sounding board for the state of the market from all sides. I highly recommend them. John

Just a quick update: My first review was in 2013. Since then (it is now June 2017) they have continued to manage my flat at lait House and have done some exceptionally well, including managing refurbishment, repairs and re-letting. I have not had any period left vacant and the tenants have been excellent..

Extremely unprofessional. Paid 500 Fee of Intent and an additional fee of 32� for my wife and myself for Right to Rent. All credit checks done and confirmed by Curran and Pinner. Then the landlord for some reason decides not to honour redecorating the property as originally agreed and walks out. Even before refunding my fee of intent, the property goes back to the market at a higher rent. Richard sends me an patronising email saying the landlord as a Good will gesture(yeah right) is not retaining the referencing fee and that they are refunding the 500� but not the 32� right to rent fee. I must point out that I did not read the paperwork properly falsely assuming the letting agents are fair to both Landlord and the tenant. It does state that this will not be refunded under any circumstances. I believed that it would not be refunded if we walk out, or our referencing check fails and such. But shouldn't this be paid by the Landlord when they walk out for being greedy? Why should I be penalised when I have done no wrong? What I warn of prospective tenants is not to sign this one-sided rip-off contract. I am evaluating my options to take them to court on a mater of principle, as the landlords and letting agents should not be allowed to go scott free this easy. This is lesson learnt for me and I advice others to be careful.

From start to finish in the sale process we were kept extremely well informed, initially with regular updates on number of viewings etc & feedback from viewers; then after a sale was agreed we were updated on the process of the sale. Gary provided an effective link between us & the purchasers. C & P did everything promised & more, & responded rapidly & positively to any questions/comments from us. When the time came to sell my property, I had no doubt that they would be the agent I would use to do so. I found their valuation accurate, their sales material professional and the method of viewing bookings/feedback innovative. My initial contact was with Warren Pinner, the sales director, and as time progressed I dealt mainly with Gary Prentice, a Senior Negotiator. There is sometimes a stigma around Estate Agents but I found both of them honest and to the point; this is what is required. Although I have not mentioned all the staff, I found the whole team at Curran and Pinner professional and efficient. I have now sold my property and have no complaints about their service whatsoever.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Curran and Pinner for any property sale, purchase or lettings service and would certainly use their services again.
