The Lettings team at Coopers Residential have been so helpful to me before, during and after my move.
Steven Hockley went out of his way to find me the perfect flat that met all of my needs. After our initial meeting he was quick to follow up with additional properties of interest. Coming from Canada, finding a flat in another country made things a little tricky, but Steven made the entire processes easy.
During my move Jayde Ingram was so helpful. She was quick to answer any questions I had about rent payments, signatures and tenant agreements. I flooded her with emails and she responded to every single one, trying to help in any way that she should.
Jackie Read was so very helpful to me after I moved in. She was diligent at answering my questions and went out of her way to sort out my utilities and other needs in my new home. I feel like I can email Jackie with any questions and she will have the answers!
All of the staff that I was in contact with at Coopers were so kind, polite and very professional. All of them went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable in my new home. They made my transition to the U.K. easy and very enjoyable, and I am very grateful for all of their help. I would recommend Coopers Residential to anyone that was intending to move or let in the area. Thanks Coopers!

I would like to say how much confidence I feel when I know that Jason is in charge of finding a tenant for my properties. He is always very professional, helpful and his judgment is always right. If I ever phone and need to speak to him and he is out of the office he will always phone the moment ... Read Full Review

I would also like to add that I have always found Suzie, Jackie and Kim very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It is so nice to know there is such a professional team at Coopers.
If I met anyone who was thinking of renting a property I would recomend Jason every time, that is why I contacted Jason the moment my 2nd flat was ready to rent.
