Lilly became our property manager when our landlord moved agencies. I could not fault her from start to finish. She came in and took on an extremely long list of jobs the previous agency had neglected for years.
The support was fantastic and she is there whenever needed, including via whatapp which meant any questions we did have were resolved quickly and efficiently.
I couldn't recommend her more,

Both Jason and Will were very helpful with our flat searching process and made it very easy and smooth. They were very honest and upfront, so it made the process very fast and convenient. Both of them were accommodating on our preference and needs, and went out of their way to make sure we could find a place we love. We had a very short period to move in and they worked out the logistics, so that our move went smoothly. They also accommodated our numerous requests to get into the place for various measurements, and were very nice about it. They also manage the property and once we had an urgent request with a heater, they responded right away and made sure the issue was resolved. They also followed up to make sure it operates perfectly. I would only use them in future if needed, and would recommend them strongly.

I had a very good experience with Arch Residential, Jason was very professional and made the whole process very easy and convenient. Correspondence was promptly answered and descriptions of the property are accurate. I was very impressed with the level of service that was provided all the way up to move-in date. Many of the bigger agencies that I have previously used are extremely good at providing good service up to point of contract signing, and then dumping tenants to sort out everything else once the contracts are signed. However, the team at arch residential were always consistent with their service, helping to make sure all the necessary repairs and renovations - together with professional cleaning was completed prior to move in. Highly recommended.

A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 10 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter. If there is a reason why we need more time than this we will tell you why. • If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a more senior member of staff. • We will write to you within 10 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter. If we need more time than this we will tell you why.
