Never trust Ashton's from WGC. Went on holiday after agreeing a sale price with them, whilst on holiday they invited someone else round to view it, even though I paid out on survey etc etc and sold it to them. They are not a nice estate agent. They didn't care about us or our circumstances. They took our deposit in the first place, before we moved in, by bank transfer.
