The teamwork, professionalism and knowledge of all the staff could not be faulted. The price achieved was way beyond expectations,but this was due to Ashtons, not the property. The help, advice and support received was incredible and far above any other agent used in the past.

Never trust Ashton's from WGC. Went on holiday after agreeing a sale price with them, whilst on holiday they invited someone else round to view it, even though I paid out on survey etc etc and sold it to them. They then had the cheek to call me the next day to see if they could sell my house!!!... Read Full Review

They offered a bespoke service of photos and a plan, but they merely copied a house plan from another similar house that they then included as part of my sales details. They are not a nice estate agent. They didn't care about us or our circumstances. They took our deposit in the first place, before we moved in, by bank transfer. They then refused to give it back to us by bank transfer only by cheque, even though it meant us possibly losing our next rented... Read Full Review
