Tony Ennis handled my flat purchase. Through out, Tony was very responsive, when I had a query he was always quick to respond & to resolve the issue. My previous buying experience, with another agency, was long & drawn out but on this occasion we were able to complete in 8 weeks & I am grateful to Tony this. Tony made sure to push the process along, as necessary, & didn't procrastinate, as I have known other agents to do. Tony is straight talking & is exactly what you want in agent as he gets things done. Five stars. Signed: a very happy & satisfied buyer.

They are the worst of the worst. No one ever comes back to you, and all they care about is taking your money doing absolutely nothing in . The level of incompetence and neglect is shocking.
I have three small children, and they have left us without a working toilet, which is a serious environmental health hazard. Despite paying all my rent upfront, I have been completely ignored. I have sent over 12 emails, and not a single one has been responded to. No updates, no explanations, just silence. When I try to call, no one is ever available. On the rare occasion that I do get through, I am promised a call back that never happens.
Not only do they ignore me, but they also ignore my landlord, making it absolutely impossible to get anything resolved. Even my landlord is frustrated and unable to get answers from them. It’s clear they have no interest in actually managing properties or helping tenantsjust taking people’s money and running.
This company lies, avoids responsibility, and treats both tenants and landlords with absolute disregard. The service is disgraceful, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re thinking of dealing with them, DON’T! Save yourself the stress and money and go elsewhere.

Booked in to view a property on Saturday the 18th on January at 1pm but no one attended the viewing and contacted us to inform us they wouldn’t be attending then after ringing them they told me I could book in to view the property at 5:15pm Monday the 20th later that day it appeared on the website that they had the agreed after spending over an hour on the Monday trying to get through they answered and told me that someone had put the deposit down after we were originally meant to be viewing the property so a huge down and no communication from their side to keep us informed or to rectify their mistake

When you end the tenancy they will try to find every way to take money out of deposits. You will have to raise a dispute to get your money back and follow up with them months.
